Nate Purkeypile
Lead Artist, Bethesda Game Studios
I am currently a Lead Artist at Bethesda Game Studios. I have worked in the games industry for over a decade on titles such as Fallout 4, Skyrim, Fallout 3, Metroid Prime 3, Aeon Flux and Bloodrayne 2. My focus is on world art and lighting. A lot of the world art that I create is kit-based so that level designers can build out spaces. I gave a talk on this subject at GDC in 2013 and will be giving another talk on this subject focusing on Fallout 4 at GDC 2016. I lit most of the spaces in Fallout 4, Skyrim and Fallout 3.
